August 2008

We are about to witness a spectacular event on August 27: Planet Mars and the moon will look like two moons in the sky. I wish to share this information to everybody as we may never be able to see another ‘two moons’ again in our life. TWO MOONS on 27th August

27th of August, the Whole World is waiting for……… ….

Planet Mars will be the brightest in the night sky starting August. It will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. This will cultivate on Aug. 27 when Mars comes within 34.65M miles off earth. Be sure to watch the sky on Aug. 27 12:30 am. It will look like the earth has 2 moons.

The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287.

Share this with your friends as NO ONE ALIVE TODAY will ever see it again.

speedcontroldeviceLook at the above picture. This is a very dangerous crack in the middle of the highway, if it is true. Well, what do you think? Actually, these are speed control devices. Yes, you read it right! Speed control devices! If you are not satisfied, then you might want to scroll down and scrutinize the other pictures, particularly the last one.
speedcontroldevice
These are just paintings placed on top of the road to keep drivers and motorists from over speeding. Whoever thought of these was a genius, a real display of craftsmanship. speedcontroldevice
On top of that, don’t you think these are less expensive than those steel barriers and flagpoles that are usually ignored by irresponsible motorists. It is even safer than islands and barriers too. Rising number of accidents are being brought about by these supposed speed control and traffic devices. Paintings of cracks are definitely more effective replacements. I just wish that these will also be used in our place weeee…

I received another email stating scientific proofs that the world will end in 2012. Well, I don’t believe it but I don’t want to contain the information. As always, we just need to have faith and pray that these assumptions are wrong and we will all be safe and sound.

Scientific experts from around the world are genuinely predicting that five years from now, all life on Earth could well finish. Some are saying it’ll be humans that set it off. Others believe that a natural phenomenon will be the cause. And the religious folks are saying it’ll be God himself who presses the stop button…

1. Mayan Calendar
7reasonstheworldwillendin2012
The first mob to predict 2012 as the end of the world were the Mayans, a bloodthirsty race that were good at two things:

Building highly accurate astrological equipment out of stone and
Sacrificing Virgins.

Thousands of years ago they managed to calculate the length of the lunar moon as 329.53020 days, only 34 seconds out. The Mayan calendar predicts that the Earth will end on December 21, 2012. Given that they were pretty close to the mark with the lunar cycle, it’s likely they’ve got the end of the world right as well.

2. Sun Storms

7reasonstheworldwillendin2012
Solar experts from around the world monitoring the sun have made a startling discovery: our sun is in a bit of strife. The energy output of the sun is, like most things in nature, cyclic, and it’s supposed to be in the middle of a period of relative stability. However, recent solar storms have been bombarding the Earth with so much radiation energy, it’s been knocking out power grids and destroying satellites. This activity is predicted to get worse, and calculations suggest it’ll reach its deadly peak sometime in 2012

3. The Atom Smasher

Scientists in Europe have been building the world’s largest particle accelerator. Basically its a 27km tunnel designed to smash atoms together to find out what makes the Universe tick. However, the mega-gadget has caused serious concern, with some scientists suggesting that it’s properly even a bad idea to turn it on in the first place. They’re predicting all manner of deadly results, including mini black holes. So when this machine is fired up for its first serious experiment in 2012, the world could be crushed into a super-dense blob the size of a basketball.

4. The Bible says…

If having scientists warning us about the end of the world isn’t bad enough, religious folks are getting in on the act aswell. Interpretations of the Christian Bible reveal that the date for Armageddon, the final battle between Good an Evil, has been set down for 2012. The I Ching, also known as the Chinese book of Changes, says the same thing, as do various sections of the Hindu teachings.

5. Super Volcano
7reasonstheworldwillendin2012
Yellowstone National Park in the United States is famous for its thermal springs and Old Faithful geyser. The reason for this is simple – it’s sitting on top of the world’s biggest volcano, and geological experts are beginning to get nervous sweats. The Yellowstone volcano has a pattern of erupting every 650,000 years or so, and we’re many years overdue for an explosion that will fill the atmosphere with ash, blocking the sun and plunging the Earth into a frozen winter that could last up to 15,000 years. The pressure under the Yellowstone is building steadily, and geologists have set 2012 as a likely date for the big bang.

6. The Physicists

This one’s case of bog-simple maths mathematics. Physicists at Berekely Uni have been crunching the numbers. and they’ve determined that the Earth is well overdue for a major catastrophic event. Even worse, they’re claiming their calculations prove, that we’re all going to die, very soon – while also saying their prediction comes with a certainty of 99 percent- and 2012 just happens to be the best guess as to when it occurs.

7. Slip-Slop-Slap- BANG!

We all know the Earth is surrounded by a magnetic field that sheilds us from most of the sun’s radiation. What you might not know is that the magnetic poles we call north and south have a nasty habit of swapping places every 750,000 years or so – and right now we’re about 30,000 years overdue. Scientists have noted that the poles are drifting apart roughly 20-30kms each year, much faster than ever before, which points to a pole-shift being right around the corner. While the pole shift is underway, the magnetic field is disrupted and will eventually disappear, sometimes for up to 100 years. The result is enough UV outdoors to crisp your skin in seconds, killing everything it touches.

Last June 20, I went to an eye specialist because there is a black dot I’ve been seeing on clear white surfaces. I became worried when he proposed dilution to both eyes. It was a process that uses a drop of a diluting solution so the pupil will enlarge. That way, the doctor will be able to see the back of the retina more clearly. The consequence though is that I will be half blind for nearly 2 hours. But I really wanted to know what’s wrong with my eyes so I conformed to the method. I really felt relieved when the doctor said that there is nothing wrong with me or my eyes, it’s just that I have to rest my eyes once in a while or I can acquire a computer-lens eye glasses. eye glass
I thought the option was not important since nothing is wrong with me. But more than a month after, I am feeling the black dot showing up again especially when I stay too long working on a computer. So I searched for something that will be both stylish and useful, and the web lead me to Zenni Optical $ 8 Rx eyeglasses. I have included a link in case someone out there is also in need of prescribed or fancy eyeglass in as low as $8.

Maybe it’s no longer new to you because a friend of mine told me that Zenni Optical was on FOX news! So maybe you were able to get information and details about it but in case you still want to learn more about its eyeglasses or incredible stylish new frames from Zenni, you can follow the links and let us both acquire eye accessories to keep our eyes in good shape.

world's smallest teapot
When I opened my email today, I was intrigued by the subject of the new mail in my inbox. It says ‘the smallest teapot’. I thought it was something real small but not as small as what I find in the mail. Whoa! Look at this! I don’t know if the person who sent this, which by the way is a member of fun and fun only, is making fun of me or he really believes that it is the smallest teapot worldwide. Whichever, it really is.

I don’t know if the ‘world’s smallest teapot’ was supposed to be a toy like for example one of the many accessories of something like barbie, or it was really meant to be an artistic display. The teapot is really clean and smooth, looks like the artist really made a good work of art. And also, I don’t know if it can also hold water or it can be used as a boiling pot. If it can be used in both then it must be featured in the Guinness Book of Records for its size and functionality.

Another thing not clear with me is where it came from. It will really be nice to know who made the ‘world’s smallest teapot, and to where or what country it originated. Even though, I still salute and congratulate whoever spearheaded this craftsmanship.

Still drowsy from lack of sleep, I went out of my room and stumbled on a pair of slippers that lies in the lobby between our kitchen and comfort room. I thought someone must have left it late last night but thinking clearly now, my nephew never left his personal things just anywhere. Then I remembered, today is the 32th Milo Marathon–and God, I missed it! How on Earth have I forgotten this day? Checking my watch, it’s already 5:30 in the morning and I will never make it to the venue. If I still pursue, I might end up waiting for the runners in the focal point for awarding. Sigh….

But I am not alone! I saw my other nephew outside their home as my two siblings with their own families live in the same compound. He also missed the race and the fun of it. But at least he is just a kid to feel so sad about it. I wish my nephew woke me up and together we went to the venue and enjoy the race. But since there is nothing I can do now, I just searched the web to check for images regarding the race. And the picture above is all I found. How I wish it was me in the picture…..

Remember I have posted about the uprising investment schools with Nouveau Riche leading the pack? Well this is a follow up of my new discovery, a blog about NRU and something about Nouveau Riche Scam. It seems that there are some that find the investment school to be too good to be true, to the extent of spreading wrong information or at least doubtful comments regarding the institution. In short, some may think that there may really be truth in the stories about Nouveau Riche Scam.

Well, I say you try checking out the NRU blog through their wordpress website http://nouveaurized.com/ and make your own notion. As I have checked and read the blog as well as the NRU website too, I do not believe that there is anything like Nouveau Riche Scam. There is also another site where you can check out its graduates and their success stories, just log on to http://www.graduateriche.com. This is the exact site where you can also make queries and check back if there is truth in the negative claims of some unworthy people.

But for me, there is no better way than just believing in your dreams. If you wanted to be successful, you just have to believe that there are institutions that will help you reach all your goals. And the Nouveau Riche University is just one of the many. Stay positive and be on top!
